Backtalk is a small online shop that sells one thing: an LED hand for your car window. You should know exactly who you're buying from, so here it is.

Where your hand comes from

We don't keep a warehouse. When you order, our fulfillment partner packs your hand at its warehouse overseas and ships it to you with tracking. That's how it stays at $29.99 with free shipping, and it's why delivery takes 8 to 18 business days instead of two.

Where the reviews come from

This shop is new. The 4.5 star rating and the reviews on our page were left by buyers of this same model on our supplier's AliExpress listing (111 ratings), not on this store. Reviews from our own customers will appear as they come in.

About the pictures

The product images are illustrations made from the supplier's photos. The hand you receive may differ slightly in color and finish.

If something goes wrong

• It arrives broken or stops working within 30 days: free replacement or full refund, and you keep the broken one.
• It never shows up: if it hasn't arrived 25 business days after you ordered, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
• You changed your mind: return it unused within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is on you, and the return may have to go overseas, so ask us what it would cost first.
• You want to cancel: email us within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund.

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card number.
