Shipping policy

Backtalk ships free to all 50 US states. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 8 to 18 business days in total, with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes. We don't currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or outside the United States.

Cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
• Transit: about 7 to 15 business days.
• Total: 8 to 18 business days from order to your door.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which is how we keep the price low. Holidays and carrier peaks can add a few days. If we expect a delay beyond our estimate, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first scan. You can check your order anytime on our tracking page.

Lost or late packages

If your package hasn't arrived 25 business days after you ordered, email hello@getbacktalk.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Spotted a typo? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. After it ships, we can't redirect the package.
