The product
The Backtalk LED sign is a novelty accessory sold for entertainment. You must be 18 or older to buy it.
Using it responsibly
Rules for lights, signs and gestures on vehicles vary by state and city, and they change. We can't tell you what is allowed where you drive. You are responsible for checking and following the rules where you use the product, for mounting it so it never blocks your view, and for operating the remote only when it is safe to do so. Do not use the product to harass, threaten or endanger anyone.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may cancel and refund any order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Warranty and liability
We replace or refund products that arrive damaged or fail within 30 days of delivery. Beyond that and to the extent the law allows, the product is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for fines, citations, damage or injury resulting from how the product is used. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live.
