Damaged or not working

If your LED hand arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email hello@getbacktalk.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the broken one back.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Email us first with your order number so we can give you the return address. Items sent without a return request can't be processed.
• Returns may need to go to our partner's warehouse outside the US. We tell you the address and roughly what postage costs before you send anything, so you can decide.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
• Once we receive it, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order may already be on its way to the warehouse. We'll still help, under the return terms above.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
